Shipping Information

Shipping times will vary depending on location and order times. Outside of busy holiday seasons, each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner depending on availability. In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 7-10 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.

Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

All Nømad Cºllective sales are final. However, if your item was damaged during transit, we will take care of you! Please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to support@nomadcollectivedesigns.com along with a photo of the damage or filling out our contact form so we can process your refund.
