This guest bathroom was dated and in need of a full renovation. Everything had to go. Our clients weren’t overly particular, which gave us the freedom to get creative and bring in some playful, original design elements. Their style leans contemporary with a touch of industrial, so we focused on clean lines, bold accents and subtle contrasts to strike the right balance.

The Design

One of the biggest transformations in this bathroom began with a simple but impactful decision: removing the old shower wall and replacing it with a single, streamlined glass panel. That immediately opened up the space and made it feel brighter and more spacious.

From there, we leaned into thoughtful details that would elevate the everyday. The shower niche became an opportunity to have a little fun—adding a bold tile created visual interest without overwhelming the space. Brushed nickel hardware was carried throughout the bathroom to keep the look modern and cohesive, subtly complementing the cooler tones and tying each element together.

To bring in personality, we introduced a dramatic, patterned wallpaper that instantly energized the room and set the tone. Paired with a unique statement mirror and sculptural hanging pendants, the space now feels layered, intentional, and anything but builder-grade.

What was once a tired, dated bathroom has been completely reimagined. Now, our client’s guest bathroom is fresh, bright, and full of character—where clean lines meet curved details, and every design choice works together to create a bathroom that’s both elevated and inviting.
